We
can take payment securely via the internet by credit/debit card, over the
telephone, or by cheque subject to clearance.
We
operate a 14-day money back guarantee for an exchange or refund, subject to
the following conditions: -
1 - Goods
must not have been worn or used and must be in pristine condition in their
original, undamaged box. Marked or scratched goods will not be accepted back
for refund or exchange.
2 -
We do not refund on earrings due to health and safety
reasons unless goods are faulty.
3
-Goods altered, sized or adjusted cannot be accepted
back.
4-
Special orders that have been obtained specifically for
a customer from an enquiry cannot be accepted back.
Orders
can be cancelled up to the point of despatch (excluding specially ordered
items) at no charge to the customer and a full refund made. Once items are
despatched, a charge will be deducted for post and packaging from the refund
due when goods are returned.
We
suggest any goods returned are sent by “Special Delivery” at the appropriate
compensation level. Returned goods that are not accepted for refund due to
the above conditions will be sent back to the purchaser.
Orders
will normally be despatched within 7-10 working days, however if the order
is very urgent please let us know and we will do our best to fast track it.
If any items are out of stock, we will inform you of this immediately and
confirm a later despatch date.
Delivery
At
present we will only ship to UK addresses and accept Stirling.
Postage/packing
and insurance will be added to all orders.
